Tamworth go out of the FA Cup

Tamworth FC Logo The Lambs were dumped out of the FA Cup on Saturday October 24 when they travelled to Ilkeston Town.

Tamworth FC lost 2-0 to the Blue Square North outfit in the FA Cup Fourth Qualifying round.

Ilkeston Town scored a goal in each half to earn them a tie with Blue Square Premiers Cambridge United in the first round proper of the FA Cup.
